The project of Villa 601 was a request for the continuation of the construction of an unfinished duplex villa in the Villa Town F3 in Kish Island with a classical initial design with a gable roof, on two floors.
After handing over the construction of the project to Nobon company, it was decided to change the architectural style of this project from classic to modern, and also to optimize the interior plan and landscaping of the building by making changes.
This villa is located on a plot of land with an area of 420 m2, which has a built area of 288 m2. At first, the plan was designed on two floors, the ground floor and the first floor, and construction procedure was left unfinished. The spatial organization was such that on the ground floor, in addition to the living room and kitchen and a guest bedroom, the jacuzzi and swimming pool were also located on the same floor.
In the new design of this project, we considered changes to optimize the spaces, and finally, on the same floor, a master bedroom for guests, a living room and public bathroom, and a kitchen were placed next to the pool. The swimming pool area has a direct view of the villa courtyard, which is adjacent to a rectangular fountain outdoor. Also, on the first floor, a living room and a bar area, as well as three bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms, a laundry room and a balcony were placed.
The elevation of this villa consists of vertical lines along with simple and modern frames. The main material of the elevation is cement with a white color coating. Micro-cement and thermowood are used in some parts, and the combination of wood and micro-cement material can also be seen in the interior design of this villa.
