The TA-25 residential complex is situated in the northwest of Kish Island, in Meermehna Town, Phase A2. Located approximately 2 kilometers from the beautiful beach of Meermehna, this complex occupies a 2500-square-meter plot of land. Designed in three blocks and six stories, the complex houses 37 residential units, each with excellent natural light from all four sides.
This project is designed in a modern style, adhering to the urban planning regulations of Kish Island. The primary material used is concrete with a white coating, while micro-cement is used for other surfaces. The interior design of the units also follows a modern style, creating spaces that resonate with contemporary lifestyles.
On the ground floor, the complex offers various amenities and recreational facilities for residents, including a lobby, billiards room, gym, swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
